Proud to Call Eau Claire Home.

Welcome to Grayham PM LLC!

Grayham PM LLC was started by Ryan Gray, who was born and raised right here in Eau Claire. Other than leaving home to complete basic training in the United States Army, Eau Claire has always been home for Ryan.

His journey into property management started in 2019 when he moved out of his first home and decided to turn it into a rental. What started as one rental property eventually grew into something much bigger.

Ryan saw an opportunity to do something he enjoyed while also helping people in his own community. Since then, his goal has been to provide good, affordable housing for people in Eau Claire and the surrounding areas.

At Grayham PM LLC, we believe finding a place to call home should be a good experience. We take pride in our properties, value our tenants, and believe in treating people with honesty and respect.

As a locally owned company, we're proud to be part of the community we grew up in. We look forward to continuing to grow and helping provide housing opportunities for our neighbors.

Thank you for choosing Grayham PM LLC. We're proud to serve the community we call home!
